Eco therapy / walk & Talks

Discover the Benefits of Eco Therapy: Reduce Stress and Enhance Well-Being

    Eco Therapy

Eco Therapy offers a soothing and tranquil environment that helps reduce anxiety and stress. Walking and talking in nature can provide a sense of grounding and connection to the present moment, which is particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with executive function and attention difficulties.

    Benefits of Eco Therapy:

    • Reduced sensory overload
    • Improved self-regulation
    • Enhanced sensory processing
    • Increased social connection
    • Natural calming effect
    • Mind-body connection
    • Increased self-awareness
    • Improved mental and physical health

    Session Arrival and Comfort

Upon your arrival, please send me a text message, and I will be happy to greet you. To ensure a comfortable eco therapy experience, I suggest bringing along sunglasses, a hat, and some water.

During your nature therapy session, you can choose to walk and talk or find a comfortable spot to sit and converse. For your privacy and discretion, I dress casually to minimize any unwanted attention.

If you would like, my service puppy Sunny, who is also a therapy dog in training, can accompany us, adding an extra layer of comfort and support to our session.
